HOW I WORK
Most building inspectors were tradies.
Most pest managers haven't built.
Neither have spent much time in design. I've worked across all three and understand how your property was designed, how it was built, and exactly where things go wrong.
Every property is inspected as if it were my own investment. No rushing onsite, no overbooking, no checklists skimmed to save time. You get my full attention, a report written in plain language and a phone call to talk through the main issues.

BACKGROUND
How I got here
My time in construction covered a lot of ground; from tricky residential builds to large-scale health, education and justice projects. Across all of it, one thing never changed: plans tell you what to build but skill is what keeps it standing. I've seen what good construction looks like, and I know what corners look like when they've been cut.
Over the years I received too many inspection reports that were long, bleak, and hard to act on.
I set out to do better.
The Sunshine Coast is home, and I started CASHIN CHECKS to give buyers and sellers here something the industry doesn't always offer- a thorough inspection, a clear report, and someone who actually picks up the phone.
Buying or selling a home is stressful enough. Your inspection report shouldn't be.
